Rules
| 1. | Age U16 on the 1st September 2025. |
| 2. | Home team (top named team in each fixture) to contact opponents to arrange match date and venue. If the Home team does not have an AGP, and cannot book a venue, then they may have to play away. |
| 3. | Home team to provide match ball. |
| 4. | Match 25 minutes each way, with 5 minutes half time. |
| 5. | In case of a draw at full time: – 5 minutes each way extra time – If still a tie, a shoot-out competition with 5 players from each team – Captains toss a coin to decide who takes the first shoot-out – If still a tie, sudden death (team who went first in shoot-out, now go second) |
| 6. | Teams knocked out in their first-round cup match will be automatically entered into the Plate Competition, to be played alongside the Cup Competition. |
